I’m literally crying listening to this, wii sports resort was the first video game I ever played. I remember my grandparents bought my family a wii back when I was a kid and one day I came downstairs from my afternoon nap to find a wii connected to our tube TV. Me and my brother played basketball and I was hooked. 3 years later and we still played the game for an hour every day to see who could become a pro at every sport (also for some reason we always fought over who would get the P1 remote) about 10 years later I’ll still get out the wii and play a few rounds of swordplay with my younger brother. God this song hit me with a huge, beautiful, gorgeous wave of nostalgia and to this day I always dream of Nintendo releasing a switch sports resort (Wuhu island) I would pre-order that in a heart beat. -Elijah-

When I was younger, my family had a Wii. And the game I wanted more than anything else was Wii Sports Resort. I had played it at some friends’ houses, but we didn’t have it. And one time, we found it at a thrift store, so we bought it, brought it home, and when we opened it... It was regular Wii Sports in the Resort case. A few years later, our Wii stopped reading discs. I never got Wii Sports Resort.
