Titles like this are trivialising a serious illness that kills thousands and thousands of people every year. Depression and anxiety are thrown about so much online like this now that many many people are not taken seriously when they reach out for help cause people think its not a big deal. You wouldn't put up a title saying 'This video will cure your cancer' so why is it ok for mental health disorders and illnesses?
