He knew what he was doing every time he turned to Tommy, looked at him, and said his name. Literally everyone was screaming at him to apologize to Tommy and he teased us by pretending like he was going to then just *didn't* and it was both hilarious and annoying-

c!Wilbur _knows_ he’s wronged c!Tommy. He is perfectly aware. But I think c!Wilbur knows that c!Tommy deserves peace from his [c!Wilbur] wrongs. To get that peace that may require for c!Wilbur to leave c!Tommy’s life. I don’t think c!Wilbur wants that. He likes having c!Tommy in his life, they have been close and stood with each other for so long, they still do. c!Wilbur is scared of c!Tommy leaving. Is it justified if c!Tommy leaves? That’s for him to decide and what actions to take from there. (Seeing c!Tommy’s streak of sticking with toxic relationships he should get some insight and guidance, like from c!Phil for example.) We [The audience] all have our views (often very biased based on who’s perspective we sympathize and watch the most lol). But, we should take a step back to look through c!Wilbur’s and c!Tommy’s perspectives. So we can understand them better, be on better grounds to understand them as well as evaluate them. c!Wilbur doesn’t want to lose his friend/little-brother-figure despite it all. c!Tommy doesn’t want to abandon c!Wilbur with a part of himself that holds on who they used to be, yet simultaneously c!Tommy sticks with c!Wilbur afraid of the damage c!Wilbur may cause, wanting to be there to prevent or at least deescalate it. _The amount of effort and passion I put into writing essays for Minecraft roleplay compared to school is hilariously depressing lol_

Before Wilbur brushed Tommy of to speak to Techno you can see the hesitation and inner battle in his eyes if he's going to apologized to Tommy or not and I think guilt takes over him and he cant do it. He's not ready to apologized to Tommy. Not now. Maybe soon.

Nah it’s bbh, he probably did that to get back at home for undoing his work on the prime path. Wilbur is advised by Phil to either apologize to people or let them go. They discuss the fact that Ranboo hadn't been seen in a while and Wilbur admits that he helped bring about the loss of one of Ranboo's canon lives. Wilbur decides that he needs to find Ranboo and apologize to him. He goes and apologizes to Techno and is forgiven. He and Tommy go back to Tommy's house. On the way Wilbur reminds Tommy that Ghostbur has been stuck in Limbo for a very long time, and that he misses his sheep. He asks Tommy to find a way to get DreamXD to help remove Friend's infinite canon lives and send him to Limbo to be with Ghostbur. Tommy enthusiastically agrees. They arrive at Tommy's house to find the house and surrounding area completely covered in obsidian, and Wilbur asks Tommy how many enemies he has. :)
