Wild Adventures is a really solid park. They've done a great job as far as presentation goes, from the landscaping to the fresh coats of paint. Food options are also above average, especially for a regional amusement park. I just hope they can work on improving their ride lineup sooner than later. Even some new trains on their Vekoma coasters such as their SLC and Boomerang would go a long way. Fingers crossed for a new coaster down the line as well

Last time you saw the Blazer Blast Off in 2016 it was the Firecracker. They've made all sorts of weird modifications to the ride mechanism where it would basically act like a miniature Space Shot instead of the typical Double Shot. Mechanism was replaced in 2022 and it works great now. Originally was called the Double Shot and it's actually the prototype.

The swamp area was damaged by Helene. Their working on getting that part open again. They had to move some of those animals offsite till they get it open again.

Valdosta local, here! Actually, the Wildcat colors are correct in this case! One of our local High School football teams are called The Wildcats. Yellow and black are the school colors!

Their going to relocate the ferris wheel in Spring of 2025 to the Water's Edge which they are expanding next year and I think their going to repaint it yellow.

The Water's Edge Expansion will bring 3 new rides,new food vendors,new animals and a building you can go in to relax.

I visited Wild Adventure on my way down to Orlando and found it the weakest Herschend park. Its well cared for, but is terribly under invested. Both rides and zoo. The previous year I visited comparable small parks Michigan's Adventure and Beech Bend, and enjoyed both more. The two really redeeming parts were the gator exhibits, and the swamp trail. I'd advise not eating at the park, and grabbing dinner a the Farmhouse restaurant right down the street. Excellent southern food for a good price.

I've mentioned to them they also need to add a large marine aquarium like Atlanta has the GA Aquarium. They could add something like this to Wild Adventures.
