Watching this from Canada, with my three year old, and with fond memories of my grandfather's feeder in Broulee, NSW. I was 10 but the sight of the various parrots at that one tiny feeder is still with me.

That little mad "sing" (PEPEPEPEP...) My parrot does that as well even though he's been the only other Australian kingparrot he's seen/heard

I counted 16 female king parrots why no males feedings with them is this normal activity ?

Male king parrots heads don't turn red until they fully mature, there are quite a few males here actually

I live next to a national park and have a bunch of king parrots who been visiting for last 14 yrs and have found one of the oldest females acts as a baby when it is hungry and the males feed it, is that normal for a old bird to act as a young

It may be looking for a mate, as that is part of a mated pairs conduct.

I put wild bird mix out but only get lorikeet's and cockies, going to crush some peanuts!!
