Wild Boar Curry | காட்டு பன்றி கறி - වල් ඌරු මස් කරිය

Today Asanka will show you how to make wild boar spicy curry., This wild boar is the most famous Sri Lankan pork dish that everyone loves. The fatty pork pieces are cooked in aromatic spices in low heat for a long time until they melt in your mouth. Try this curry once, you’re gonna think of this curry every time you see a piece of pork.
Ingredients:
Wild Boar-750g of wild boar sliced, washed and cleaned
salt accordingly, add 1 tsp of salt
pepper powder 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp of tuna paha
10 grams of tamarind pulp
let it marinate
2 tbsp of coconut oil
6 garlic cloves crushed
2 pieces of pandan leaves
4 pieces of cinnamon sticks
2 cardamom
2 cloves
1 small-sized onion sliced
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3 green chilis, add accordingly
1 sliced tomato
plain chili powder 2 tbsp, add accordingly
1/2 tbsp of unroasted curry powder(tuna paha)
ginger 10 grams crushed
Add 1/4 cup of water to the marinated bowl wash and add it
