As cold plunges are getting more regular you need to invest in a dry robe (other brands are available) instead of dryrobe sear covers 😂. Only wear them at the beach please. 😉 No DRWs aloud.

Technically, it is salt water going into the sea. The sea is salty from millions of years of rain/spring water carrying elements from the ground and rocks to the sea.

Hey peeps! Save yourself even more time; boil pasta until cooked, then add a splash of milk, knob of butter then cheddar, primula spread (+ any other cheese you want) - but ADD CHEESE SLOWLY ON A LOW HEAT (sorry, that bit is important!). Add salt & pepper to season. No need for a roux or lengthy oven bake.... Works for moi every time!

I used to frequent the bar every week when I lived in Porthleven up the coast many moons ago 😁 Not been for about 15 years! I love Praa sands, always preferred the South coast to the North for some reason 💜 a little gentler. I've decided, I'm going to start begging for food outside your van when I see you in June 😂 Happy travels xx
