Wild Camping in a Mystical Mourne Mountain Valley

Started out this camp with the Lanshan 1 with plans to head into Annalong Woods for the night but decided to hike around and look for a better spot. After some searching, I found a nice place to pitch and start our wild camp.

@@ssuk1985 we were beside the river same day at A Wood. Two tent set up with grandkids. They had a ball despite the swarms of midges.

Mate at 3:14 you missed a good spot. Once you cross the bridge follow the river uphill and in about 50meters there is a smashing spot by the river. Its off the beaten track and very few venture that way. Check it out next time and good luck.

Here, I was watching a video there last night and seen someone camping in that forest beside the dried-out river. Im heading out again tomorrow and I think I'll check that spot out now you've confirmed it for me. Thanks mate for reaching out. Happy days!
