Smoking fish at home is a rather time-consuming process, and if you are told that it is easy, then such fish is not cooked correctly!
Hot smoked Coho salmon is served hot or chilled on a large flat plate or in portions on individual plates.

To prepare hot smoked Coho salmon, it is better to take sawdust from such trees as apple, plum, cherry, alder, oak, beech, aspen, walnut, and birch.
