What is even worse about this, is some of the bad behavior is some of the attorneys. What the heck? Are some states cut rating their bar membership requirements as some states are doing with my own profession and allowing CDL's to drivers who do not have the knowledge and abilities as set down by the federal register? The thing that frustrated me with Attorney Hood was that she kept making an objection, saying a sentence or two about why, and then as soon as anyone else started speaking called out objection again and repeated what she just said. It really reminded me of pro se litigants that come up on this channel.

What a brilliant job Lily Bristow did here. How she kept her cool and focus was admirable. Both Hood and King should have been censured severely and faced sanctions. And Tanya Sullivan is squirming, her case is not served by all her lying and smoke-screening.

I saw this live. At the end judge manning chewed them all out. She was tired of the behavior of Hood, King and Mrs Sullivan. She did not call them out by name but they knew they were being scolded. She did not grant the tpo and ruled against them for something else. She also scolded Mr Sullivan for not listening to her at another hearing and told him he better behave. This hearing was close to three hours long. 💜💜

As for the client it’s hard for me to believe anything that she had to say and I don’t believe her camera was malfunctioned. I think to be a good attorney, you don't just need a good knowledge of the law, but the right temperament. Some of these lawyers do not have the right temperament.

I have tenped as a cna. I couldn't give a client a rate because what they pay me is different than what they charge the client. They charge a lot and I got a small hourly rate!! I hmget the frustration
