I’m not even that interested in the game itself but I really enjoyed your in-depth analysis of it and your thoughts on the story and the theme! Your strong feelings really come through the screen so to speak :) You got me interested in Keystone NA, haha. I love me a good solo puzzle with various scenarios.

Thank you for your kind words! I hope not too strongly haha! I don't want to put people off the game as I think it's a good game just the stories in the solo mode really weren't to my taste. I did think Keystone was absolutely amazing though!

I haven't played this one either, and based on your review it doesn't sound like I need to :-) While listening, I was wondering if maybe you'd like Lands of Galzyr or Earthborne Rangers?

I would love love love to try Lands of Galzyr!! I need to do a bit of clearing out of games but then I think that could very well be my next story type game. I haven't heard of Earthborne Rangers though....I must have a look O.o Thank you for the recommendations!

I'm glad you like it! I tried one of the expansion scenarios too and was still unconvinced. A little gutted this one was a bit of a miss for me! :(

The writing is a bit much. The passage at the end is completely ott for a few days bimbling around. I played the first scenario and there’s a thief but it just becomes some kid eating fruits. It was almost like they wanted to tease some edge but didn’t have the boldness to really do it.

Yes haha! I have found the writing is very longwinded and overdramatic considering the setting - like you say - after bimbling around for a bit!! If I'm honest, I didn't think any of the stories improved much at all after the first one, which I also didn't think much of. After this video I also tried the Community expansion pack scenario too and that for me was the worst one of them all - so cringey! Oh well - I hope you enjoy it more than I did!
