Keep him in iron please. 0 util usage nearly the entire game, threw his wall through the middle of sites, thus, blocking the team off from one another and giving half of site back to the enemy team. Never set up the wall or orb at the start of rounds, it was always in the middle or never. He swung angles with utility out instead of with a gun or jiggle peeking. Reaction time was that of a 50 year old, aim was horrendous and wasn’t even able to trade his teammates. Always reloaded after shooting just a few bullets, even when the enemies were right next to him. Gave 0 comms. Rarely knew where to look. Terrible crosshair placement. No confidence and always just sat in corners waiting for the enemy team. Didn’t even know where the enemy team was at half the time as well. I could say so much more… but just keep him in iron 1… or even better: tell him to uninstall and stick to Roblox. A game where he doesn’t have to be on a team nor think as hard.

As a B3, who plays in Gold, which isn't a good rank either (top fragged many times, guess that means I deserve radiant) Their reaction time is not good at all, in gold they'll be destroyed still just based on reaction time alone, let alone ascendant, the aim isn't any better. Shaky, not head height, and looked lost where to hold. Util usage isn't good. Peeking wrong times, slow rotates, not comming. There's nothing about this that give me a glimpse of hope they deserve ascendant.

In DM you often get to play quite mixed rank, Silvers vs Ascendants. I often queue 3 DM before comp. If I struggle to keep up positive score I know I got in that kind of game, it easily shows you that you belong in your rank +/- 1 rank max.

He is definitely Iron, because when you get to Bronze you start to understand that to win any round you just need a good smoke. In silver, you already need a little bit of lineups and setups and a better computer (with 30fps, the highest rank I got was Silver3 until the game became unplayable). In gold, you need to know timings, good aim. He still has a lot to learn.
