Wild Medicine in Scotland

This lecture explores Scotland's wild medicine, through the eyes of veterinarian Prof Simon Girling.
Simon has led on reintroductions of a number of iconic species in Scotland and the wider UK including Eurasian beavers, watervoles and most recently wildcats.
From finding heart murmurs in beavers to bacterial infections in medicinal leeches (and a few surprise attacks by aggressive Scottish watervoles), Simon will lead you through a vet's world in the wilds of Scotland.
