Regarding 46:20: the center number is the spin count, the turn is on the top right

I feel like stalling is intended. Things like the books that increase the chance of better quality items seem like must takes every time. I wonder if the intention is to keep stalling and buying really good symbols from each shop, since the shop 'charges' didn't seem to decrease if you didn't buy anything. So you'd check the shop, and if there's nothing you really want, spin again. You keep doing that until shop charges are expended and you've used everything that gives permanent boosts, like the HP Gems and Books.

A bit late, but after winning runs you unlock higher difficulty levels. These difficulties will increase the power of enemies if you take too many turns, so they do know about the power of stalling.

I think for the almighty greatsword, the turns are on the top right with the lil flag, not the overall turns in top middle

There are certainly a lot of unclear aspects, but overall the game has a lot of great potential. I got it recently and have made a decent amount of fun builds with good variety. The classes are quite different too.

I was really hoping he would leave an empty bottle and get one of the mucus symbols eaten. They are such good debuffs on the enemy.

Seems like the easiest way to dis-incentivize farming would be to have the enemies' attack damage scale by a certain % after each turn.

Alternatively scale up the overall game based on the turn number. This allows the player to take those breather moments if they can cheese an enemy to heal yet will be faced with a much harder following enemy there after.

The spin penalty only starts kicking in with ascensions. Each. Ascension the threshold gets lower and more dangerous forcing you to win with less and less spins

I think the shop does not need to be its own modal screen opened upon a click. It could be just another spinning column, 4 items fit perfectly, except you have to pay gold to use them. Seems there is very few positional mechanics, anyway, and you can already use your items right after you buy them.

These runs are massive, the early game is a bit cheese focused building your gold, and the learning curve is a little above average, but I would love to see you dig into this a little more.

Also to some extent you could replace "learning curve," with unexplained mechanics, and trial and error inconsistencies... lol

I think spending time to amass gold and items is intended. You barely beat the thunderbird at the end. Theres no way you would have if you didnt invest the time earlier getting items, hp ups, etc. That was a brutal fight!

I realise the shop mechanic is suppose to be a main gimmick but it start to just feel annoying, additionally there needs to be more pressure for stalling like those debuff's / filling hand with junk / enrage, more active items to use during a fight, more ability to remove symbols from deck and better difficulty progression. It sounds like a lot wrong but most is tweaking "game feel" outside of the constant shop which could be tweaked such as instead of re-rolling stock every turn you pay to re-roll or it randomly does and it becomes normal to go multiple spins without HAVING to check it.
