Capo on first fret, then it's (basically) Cmaj to (Dsus4add9)((just slide up a Cmajor shape up a whole step)) with the occasional E min thrown in. Goes to show how a simple song can be insanely effective. The bridge is a bit more involved. Try to get the root notes (bassline) so you can then figure out the chords. Or, just look up a tab
