Wild raven trying to say hello

Raised a Raven this summer. He is learning hello. Barks like the dogs perfectly. Chose to stay around uncaged. Blended into the household of three dogs and a cat. Happy Smart bird! We are blessed to have him in our lives. EDIT: Talking now! Only doing so while up in the rafters so far. Says don't bite don't bite the dogs! LoL! I guess I must be correcting and protecting a lot!

Treating a raven right is a good thing. You must respect these animals or you might be tormented from accross the entire world. They communicate with eachother as to judge you if you are a good or bad person, if they judge you good then an entire colony of ravens will treat you good if you treat them bad and word gets out that you treated them bad then you will be antagonized by these creaters in large numbers

Sometimes they get very close, sometimes they even recognize my car and my face no matter what I'm wearing and come for food. I had one that came to me and was making weird noises that sounded like he was trying to speak Human to me, he even whispered when I started whispering to him. Absolutely bizarre.

Cute. With something like that I'd be tempted to feed it every day until it was tame enough to where it would perch on your hand or something but then I remember all the parasites and bacteria wild animals have. Especially with birds. Unfortunately it's really not the best thing to do.

MyDude told me you have to "split their tongue" before they can talk. "Spilt" meaning cut lengthwise. I thought that couldn't be true, so I looked that $*%- up.
