After an 8 game loss streak nightmare with ADC top in every game. I had to turn things around as a jungler by switching from assassins and pure tanks to bruisers/tanks with demolish instead of overgrowth (unless I go full resolve on a champ like Rammus or Mundo). I switched to this Strat because no sideline pressure from my potato teammates was the number one reason I was losing games; I saw that the top 1 Wukong in NA was destroying the NA ladder after rank reset with this rune setup and Strat without Duoing. Only thing that separated me from this player stat wise was GPM and tower damage. With this Strat you do two things. 1) Gank a lot and Proc demolish as much as possible. Destroying a tower sub 5 mins is common and can snowball games real hard. 2) Mid-Late game you alternate between being a jungler and replacing the potato top laner to pressure side lanes and secure all the objectives. I usually destroy at least 4-5 towers a game. There are situations where you will need to trade inhibitor turrets for Baron/elder but it’s worth it because these potatoes usually just ARAM and die with the buffs anyway. The champs that have been carrying me the hardest with this Strat are Hecarim, Wukong, and Shyvana. I tried to play Hecarim at the beginning of the season normally with precision and overgrowth but had a negative win rate until I used this strategy and won’t switch back to normal jungling until I hit at least Master or am Duoing. As for support (my 2nd main role) I think running the demolish rune and roaming/ sidelaning is also the play for carrying as a tank support solo this season (especially good with Heartsteel). It’s part of how I climbed back to Master last season when I played Alistar and Swain. I only play full carries if I am confident I can kill everyone on the enemy team by myself (ex. Gwen vs Tanky Team).

@@mina6174 Yeah I have to take all the objectives because in NA and EU ranked games, two things happen: 1) Nothing. 2) Because nothing happens, everyone gets to scale. It’s why you can climb with Kayle Jungle and ADC top in NA and EU. Kerxx (Wild Rift Pro Guides) has a great video on it that goes in more detail. Huge reason Inting Sion is OP in NA and EU but has horrible win rates (along with bans) in the Chinese Server. It gets a little better past rank reset but not by much. I do not use the same cheese macro in Legendary Ranked because LQueue has better matchmaking when people bother to play it, can trust teammates to take objectives more.

Only played one game since season beginning - and lost it. XD Thanks for your content, as always. I wrote RIOT last season about the ranking problems (afks etc...)... I don't understand why they do not give extra points to people with good stats, individual points so you do not have to suffer if the others are playing bad. A bit of compensation should be standard ... I don't get it, really.

You are totally right. Alistar is so good he should be illegal this patch. With hearthsteel + thornmail and dawnshrowd you are unkillable AND you do ton of damage on top of it. The only minor drawback is that he is a bit slow to scale.

Leona Mommy!!! I haven't been running Heartsteel on her because it didn't feel good and also because of S2 scaling with ar/mr. I love blue Leona builds though, but have always done it with AH items like IBG and Frozen Heart. Hadn't thought of using Phase Rush, or how AH compliments stacking Heartsteel, gonna try it! Do you always start S3 or sometimes S1 if enemy face checks bush? Also, new season starting similarly "great!" for me... tilted off quite a lose streak to get going... starting to figure out meta though and dodge enemy smurfs... or maybe I'll switch to.... ADC?!?!?! you heathen

This may help you with Swain. Currently I'm top 20 on my server with this build. Rush heartsteel after supp item, then go defensive boots, after that, Rylai's, then Mantle and Dual. Last item can be spirit visage, thornmail, frozen heart, or force of nature depending on what you need, you know. And go Liandrys last if you are winning by a longshot. Runes go Glacial, the green ones with font of life, second wind and hp stack and triumph. Yes, you sort of will have some mana problems but is not that terrible and triumph will help a little with that. I have gotten over 8k hp with tons of both defenses and basically a raid boss. I run the same build but with demolish rune to snowball early and one shot turrets later. If fights go on for too long and run out of mana without Triumph I build the crystal part of Abyssal Mask. There are also some situations I may run precision instead of resolve runes (ex. Tanky team that warrants Giant Slayer).

@@PlasmaKingSnake I think demolish and precision are better for solo lane Swain, as you're an scaler, the green ones protect you in the early. But yeah that could also be an option. And the little crystal from abyssal mask, I don't like it as the abyssal doesn't suit Swain that well, and triumph is % heal so imo is better.

@@JustAViewer44yeah Triumph is indisputably better than the Crystal I just do it in matchups that warrant resolve instead of precision. I do not run demolish as support and jungle in Duo/Trio Q or a relatively higher skill environment like Legendary Ranked or the Chinese Server but to snowball early and take objectives mid-late in order to solo carry rank reset clown fiestas in NA.

I believe naut is a pick of the patch too. His w benefits from hp stacking making him very tanky. Try it out. I also like how glasiar rune scales as well. So u just ult in crowd and ppl cant move at all. Phase rush works as well, but personally don't feel that comfortable. Wish you win streak your lost hairs back! ❤

Well after one season on new account I'm back at old one since it's the same losing streak bonanza, but this season I'm playing top lane (at least until I rank up to master ). But I'm taking it easy since I never payed much attention to that lane or it's champions ( for now pvp games ) and I must say that voli with the new items is super strong and tbh fun to play.

I have 2 questions guys ! 1- Why ghost ? Specially against vayn and zeri they're kinda fast, isn't better to take exhaust ? Never really understood the utility of this spell :/ 2- when u don't have priority in ur lane as adc, and ur support go roaming and never comes back, ur jungle dont come help and the enemy adc, supoort and jungle are bullying u, what should i do duh ?? Like happened to me i played jinx and was against nami nd jhin, i couldn't defend my lane and died twice like an idiot, i had enough cause i was alone so i just left to other lanes, my mates were flaming me but idk was i wrong ??

1. Ghost is amazing for kiting with some adcs though it's hard to use. 2. If you as an adc are left behind alone in bot it's ok if the supp is helping getting herald or mid tower. Just try to defend, keyword is "try" if the enemy supp and jg are in bot just do what you can but if you can't get out of there. If your team is taking advantage somewhere else you did your job and as you didn't die you'll be stronger in teamfights.
