Hey Hells, Ive been trying this build on Red Kayn after trinity force buff, Youmuus Ghostblade, Berserker Grieves/Omnivamp boots, Trinity Force, Steraks Gage, Spirit Visage (for burst heal), Deaths Dance Trin Force, Berserker Grieves and Youmuus gives you the speed that Red Kayn lacks compared to Blue Kayn, its not the same as Blue but pretty fast for Red Kayn, catches people off guard. The burst heal on Spirt Visage is absolutely amazing on Red Kayn, go for omnivamp boots if you want more heal cheese lol. Deaths Dance and Steraks paired with everything else just gives you more sustain and makes you actually unkillable. For Runes go: Conqueror Triumph Giant Slayer Revitalize

Red kayn is soo good against tanks and in teamfights. He has so much sustain and literally shreds tanks especially once you get the death dance. Since your first ability deals damage based on max hp and the healing you get when fighting especially after getting a spirit visage and getting multiple enemies with just your first ability is insane since you can go back to full health. Also tip you should use your first ability close to the wall especially when taking camps since it activates the second hit of your first ability way faster You also have to be careful with death dance since you can die inside someone when you ult them from the bleeding if you're very low
