They reduced all his spell's damage by 5-10% after the rework. Still a beast tho

​​@@jackhughes8065 it's a huge nerf. They reduce the basic AP and AP scaling on his Q from 35% to 30%, which btw that buff is not included when riot reworks him. It was a buff from 5 seasons ago. Now He's back to complete trash again.
