I was always struggling against Darius and I think I figured it out from this. I got used to using flay to block the enemies closing move like Irelia, garden, or fiora, then autoing. With Darius his sweeping attack doesn't get cancelled by flay and it has range to still hit after he's pushed back, but autos reach just past that range if you're dancing just outside his reach and autoing to take control of the lane. You can auto more frequently than he can use his abilities and potentially close with u so you come out ahead on trades if he does hook you in. I was playing too passive and then losing trades because I was only responding to his moves. Long live thresh top lane, this champ is way too much fun!

Tbh when I started playing tresh top I always banned ap toplaners(akali, diana, kennen, temmo...) but the only problem for me is temmo, everyone else cant do shit against me.

I've run toplane Thresh in League, PC version, all the way into low diamond games. It's worked for me as a reasonably good tank once you move past the squishy early game. I've never played Wilf Rift but you seem to have a much easier time solo killing people in this mode than I do in PC. I can only get solo kills if I cheese people under my tower and the 1v1's don't feel that great. Maybe you could try playing PC League sometime. I think it'd be cool to hear your thoughts on support, Thresh, and weird strategies like this there as well

How would you build if the enemy team is balanced in ad and ap DMG? HullB > WizEnd/FrozenG(order depends on lane opponent) > Boots > Bork/SpiritVisage ... No gunblade and Thornmail.... But you would swap FrozenG with Thornmail if they have many AA, like ADC and senna supp and Diana jungle for example

14:09 you say you get more healing from both ap and ad because you run the vamp boots and the vamp rune but the only adaptive between those 2 is the rune, wich mean you will only get vamp for only the first stat you get, if you get ad first, you'll get ad from this rune. same thing for gathering storm, conqueror, adaptive carapace. the boots don't have any adaptive vamp because it give you both type of vamp so you actually get ap and ad vamp from this

Vamp boots gives both, and i think adaptive runes gives you the best stats you Can get, i remember it worked like that when playing hybrid kaisa, the moment you get more AP than AD, conqueror, hunter vamp, gatjering storm, it will adapt to your main source of dmg

i remember myself trying what i said and i was right but looks like they changed or might maybe be a bug when i tried because i also looked at how good that abyssal mask with sunfire aegis but the item was dealing less dmg that with ardent censor (same amount of hp to not have false results). but anyway i've just look in practice mode and, at least, now its based on your best stat yes. but still the adaptive effect only give you one stat on the two
