So here's some problems regarding counter build. Some ADCs just can't build like this at all ( As I said about the double vampiric scepters then upgrade them to BT and Shieldbow in the "How to play ADC like a potato" video. ) Jhin and Nilah probably belong to this case. Jhin yields too low DPS, he can't even attack after using all of this magazine ( 4 bullets ). He can't even buy lifesteal because of fixed attack speed and reload time. Nilah on the other hand rely on critical % stat because her whole kit scales with this stat. Passive gives heal if lands a crit hit and also overheal her if she has full health. Q has a passive that converts crit chance to % armor penetration and deal a lot more damage with crit stat. R heals herself and allies based on crit stat as well. And in fact Nilah already have good sustainability ( Shield and heal from passive without needing too much lifesteal, W blocks auto and mitigates magic damage by 1/4, E dash to approach or escape ), so she doesn't really need defensive items. IN CASE you want, one or two defensive items for these two champions is alright. This full counter build relies ON abusing high DPS from champion ( DPS champions deal huge damage over a course of time in combat, that's why they need to survive as long as possible to yield massive damage. ) then retaliate and punish enemies. It doesn't or barely work on champions with HIGH burst damage but LOW DPS. Notable class for this case is assassins. Mages on the other hand don't have much choices on defending against one-shot champions. Banshee is gone, Crown of shattered queen is very easy to break off ( They just poke to remove your shield then all in ). Hourglass is good but has abysmal cooldown ( 120s ) Crystalline reflector is also not good because it no longer stacks up to 3 shards like before, and now it only blocks one physical attack with raw damage reduction ( 8~15, gets weaker overtime. ) While most physical champions can do damage multiple times, this item is rigged.

Good point, I guess there will always be exceptions. Edge of night is another defensive item that I use on adcs. About mages, I literally played Oriana into a team of 3 assasins yesterday: Talon (jgl), Katarina (mid lane) and Zed top lane. While my team fed like crazy 8-9 times, I sacrificed early damage and scaled. Built Archangel staff + Rod of ages + Crown + Stasis with the runes Ingenious Hunter + bone plating. I only died twice and managed to shut down Talon for 1k gold and won the game. I care more on sustainability in team fights rather than damage in this case. 😊

While it is unorthodox, which champ is the most similar if someone would go ADC Ahri? I mean the name of the champ and the DPS, would you consider low or medium?

@@deadspace4755 I rarely or never meet that case where they do ADC Ahri. Well as for me Ahri is a mediocre burst champion, medium DPS rate packs with dash and CC. To counter it you can use Morgana, the shield from E can help a lot with blocking CC, keep your Q and R then unleash them when Ahri dashes towards you. Morgana is a mediocre burst champion but with good DPS in team.

Hi papa,i'm amumu main top 50...i managed to climb by counter building through tank items and it works 69% of time...i use one core item for dmg to help me farm fast jungle ...the rest of my items are for slowing enemy or absorbing everything....the problem is i become highly dependant on my team bcs i don't do much dmg,but losing a team fight after enemy used everything on me and sitting stunned to my full stacked tear circle will grant my teammates an official place at my void list.

It's just today i did talk with my adc freind abt that (you know that you can build ad items with deffensive stats right ? And that make you kinda op in so many matches ..i gives him some screenshots of gumayusi (best adc in lol) ) with armor bots sometimes and some defensive items ..and he replies that he's not convinced that defenssive items works with adc like why tf they gonna make hybrid items like malmo or gardian angel ..currently im spamming adc games and those champs are so broken in the right hand with good itemization!

What's your opinion about itemizing shen vs ap teams? The problem with abyssal mask is that he doesn't use mana Also hallowed radiance doesn't exist in wild rift yet. So for wave clear we stuck with 3 item choice (sunfire, searing crown, titanic hydra)
