The Huberman lab podcast is probably one of the best and free resources for all things health related. They are 2 to 3 hour videos but the content contained therein is unmatched. A hard truth about overall health and longevity is sleep is the foundation. You should ask your uncle to purchase your laptop under his business and give it to you. What Hells said about true friends is 100%. I was doing well in my career, I had a best friend and life was good. Then I got chronically ill, lost my job and my apartment, and had to move back in with my parents. Turns my “best friend” went on to meet a girl, got married, and _never even told me_ . When hit him up just to ask how things were going, he ghosted me. Moral of the story is: don’t become bitter. Just be observant to who stays by your side during hard times, and cherish them.

I'll never forget the first time I got auto filled Top. I decided to try garen cause he seemed easy... then i saw the top lane Draven on the loading screen..... I went 0 - 9 and never had a chance at any point. It wasn't even safe under my tower. Haven't played top since.

What I learned after facing 1000 Vayne’s toplane. 1. Farm your lane safely , because in the end their team comp gets screwed in teamfights most of the time 2. Freeze the lane and wait for enemy jungler since vayne is squishy 3. Suprise the vayne by when backporting staying in the bush to close distance/ don’t stick to walls
