Hey hells the type of intense training u were doing is called circuit training However always keep in mind something called compartment syndrome Hand & Forearm Compartment Syndrome are devastating upper extremity conditions where the osseofascial compartment pressure rises to a level that decreases perfusion to the hand or forearm and may lead to irreversible muscle and neurovascular damage.-google Do some research on it though as I don't really know what can cause it..it's very uncommon in arms and in legs but it happens in legs more often

I don't know if I do it consciously, but when there's a team fight and the tanks don't really do damage, you can just use your traps for protection. This is helpful especially when there are assassins and also when your kiting so you always have a trap to retreat on. Also put at least one trap in the objective(especially when in toplane) because enemies don't really see it when they try to steal it so you can just kill them after they get trapped.

I do that too! I like to hide my traps inside of the dragons or Barron so when the enemy jungler flashes in to smite or steal it i at least get a kill out of it. 😂😂😂
