I'm not a Kayn main, but wouldn't pathing Blue to Red better on this spot? So that you have the option of a quick gank on duo lane or mid to get some stack before your 1st reset.

Hi, as a very often Kayn player, in this situation blue is way better, because of their comp. Blue form is assassin, and on squeechy champs like them its perfect. Even Darius won't tank that much. The red form is more like a tanky form but isn't this good for real. Riot didn't balance it so well i think. Usually, blue is the better option anyway because in first place you pick kayn in selection phase only to play it blue form, otherwise pick another champ like Vi if you want more of a tank or engage. Hope it helps =)
