To the people that think getting loss S ranks is easy: Even if it is true that it is easy to get them as support, you still have to perform better than 90 percent of people in your rank doing the same thing, which is hard to do as consistently as players who hit Chall-Sov. every season can.

I think it depends. I'm a diamond peak but I'd been getting S rank around half the time with J4 and Swain even before Redemption. Now it's around 75% of the time.

Not entirely true, think outside of the box. @brokensupport has said that they take many of your stats in consideration for example, top lane your impact depends entirely of your champion and what its meant to do like ornn he destroys tf, but fiora doesn't but she can get your nexus. What happens if you build tank on fiora? you tank way more than other fioras and still 1v2 anyone therefore performing better than most in taking dmg and you are still being useful. Consistently getting A at least, and I have only 2 weeks playing fiora not even close to be a pro with her.

hey broken finally your videos make sense to me. because before it was as better you play support role as worse you get in your team core roles (jungle and adc), and it means playing with 48-49% and hardstuck with your perfect stats. now you can actually climb having perfect stats and potatoes in team! this is great!

I absolutely love this change, hopefully this allows most players to step it up and put their skills and macro to their best. Comparatively, a similar system like this was Vainglory, which made ranked tolerable to climb. I honestly couldn't believe my ticket request to make the same system came true.

Tank meta is definitely broken right now. Im at peak of my rank using Heartsteel, Redemption and Twinguard Tank on support champion. Combined with Galio shield, this is my first time achieving GM in the past 3 years playing only on support role.

Good Job Broken. But I Must say that is not easy to get S rate in a losing game. You must Play better than 90-95% than the Players in your Elo to get S rate. The most profit are getting the pro Players from this new Rank System. The good and normal Players are trying so hard to get this benefit in every Game and perhaps they are lucky to get this rate in one of 10 games. The System in Honor of Kings are much better with Safe cards, MVP Cards Double up your Mark etc.I Like WR so much but this is hopefully the first stone that riot do to get the Rank System better. Keep up broken 👊🏼

​@@BrokenSupportBrother you're wrong, sometimes the champ is just not your type and very few players can really have a wide hero pool like yours, I have 0% wr with J4 sup and like 20% wr Nautilus with your build, I make literally no impact for a game, peeling is a very tricky thing, at the same time I began playing Nauti jungle full AP and win almost every game (75% from 20 games so far). You just don't realize how cool you are, I've never seen a stronger player in this game, I can compare you to few Dota 2 pros who are the best of the best in a way of mindset and skill

I really love these videos you explain everything so well I am terrible at looking at a fight and seeing if its winnable or not but I try follow your guides as much as my dumb brain can handle and maby one day I will get out of gold and maby get emerald after 14 seasons of playing xd. These guides are awsome. I never taken ranked serious because I can win 3 games then after that I can get a game where 4 of my teammates are level 30~ and looks like they just started playing now maby I will be able to negate that with the new rank system and finnaly get to emerald. I mostly play aram or regular pvp those modes are fun and relaxing but I might now want to try ranked

It depends if you get bad teammates or hella bad teammates. You can get an S only if you have teammates that kinda play something even if they are very bad. But how am i supposed to get an S when the score is 30/5 for the enemy team and my teammates are 0/10? What assists am i supposed to get when no one can get a kill? Who to heal when they suicide in 1 sec? This is a step, but not a real fix.

The only thing that sucks is if you have such a bad team you can’t get a S rating, you can’t perform better then 90% of players of your stats are 0/0/1 because your team went 3/26 and you have no stats

There are ways of getting S even with low stats like that. Healing and shielding put out is still recorded even if your team is to potato to utilize it. Heal and shield as much as possible while you yourself not dying

​@@ChinggyBahI've just been focussing on kda, healing and shielding on champions like Senna and i haven't had a game yet where i didn't get an S rating. I'm even getting the easiest S ranks while playing full dps builds on Senna because the damage done/damage taken per death stat is basically always top 95-99% if you focus on kda with items like Crown & Edge of night. Like i have unironically built Crown on Senna to survive against champions like Vi/Hecarim multiple times and even while doing very low dmg i still got S ranks due to dmg taken/done per death and healing/shielding.

I love they at least tried to content the furious playerbase about the state of matchmaking by adding this new Loss Protection system but... I don't understand why the freaking T-Rex thing is still going on and why don't they delete this bullsh*t from the game. It's gg from the moment a team gets it... Even if they all die, like it happened in this game. They got baron, you almost aced them, and still wasn't able to close the game due to the absurd stats of the dinosaur... Why does it last so much? Why does it have that much HP? And also damage to structures, CC, and shield? I don't get it

It's for the casuals. Every change up to now has been for the casuals. That includes matchmaking for rank. As long as you're in a full party you can play with any rank up from iron to masters for 7 games maximum before the harsher restrictions kick in. As long as they're happy with playing the game who cares about everyone else.
