FINALLY THEY'RE DOING SOMETHING TO PROMOTE GOOD PLAYERS!! I've always known that wr matchmaking is horrible so I'm glad changes are happening. It's so disappointing to see good players who are actually trying to improve gets discouraged by being matchmade with trolls, hackers, and bad players. Like you said, baby steps. And I'm looking forward to more changes that encourages good players to promote and bad players to demote.

Regarding the MM changes. Now they gotta do something about the way you can be eligible for that S Level Rating. Making it dependant on teamfight participation, assisting in objectives like Drake/Baron/Herald, number of turrets destroyed etc, will exclude the scenario where ppl will play selfishly&alone from the team and try to gain that SVP or even A rating. Another good thing they could do is a rank overhaul. Demote everyone down to Gold/Plat so the inflation is gone.

12:21 omgosh, I’m crying!!!! I’ve been hardstuck Platinum rank even though I get S and A rating, or even MVP/SVP. If they adopt this system change where I can rank up even if I have a lower win rate, I can finally climb! Disclaimer: I’m not saying it’s not my fault that I don’t rank up sometimes…. But sometimes, it really is an inting player who loses us the match. But at least now, we can have credit where it’s due, and at least not have rank taken from us in the event of an inting player.
