In response to your matchmaking questions, my mates and I are experiencing the same thing. I’ve been adding the inters to track their progress and they have played 600 more games than me to get to the same rank. I’m a fairly busy dude so I’ve only played 180 painful games this season to get to mid master, but these guys are nearly on 800 and still haven’t learnt to even last hit a minion. Humans are beyond stupid is my conclusion and the species is doomed.

Everything was fine until Viego buff patch, after that I can’t play a single game without at least 2 guys ( yes not even just 1 ) actively running it down. To make things even worst in perma camped 2vs4 botlane forcing me to change nickname… tragic

I can’t play scaling champs too much anymore unless I’m guaranteed to win the matchup coz my team just turbo ints before I can even hit level 13 and loses all inhibs because they prefer sitting in the fountain watching the game than actually playing it. But hey, look on the bright side, at least the inters can still read your name! Perhaps humanity isn’t lost just yet 😂

I'm also having trouble with Swain, despite being top 8 in my region, it's very hard to make him work in this meta. Even less with the premades peeler +hypercarry adc. The trick with Swain is to make it good in all ways. You need hp + tankiness + mana + heal and damage. If you lack any of this, your build falls off. If you go mana boots you have no resistance early, if you go defensive boots, you have no mana, if you go heartsteel, you have no mana and you are slow as a rock, if you go tank you have no heals and damage, and if you go damage you are a paper sheet. So yeah, try to find whatever works the best for you in the order you prefer, as long as you don't forget any aspect of the build.

Swain passive is already infinitely stacking HP going for Heartsteel is definitely overkill. Plus Roa offer way much more stats. Unless the game goes way into the late game ( which you shouldn't be aiming in the first place ) Roa will offer more value.

@@Hansen_0101in a balanced game, roa would have more stats due to being a more niche item, but heartsteel is ridiculous. By the time you have all roa stacks(should be the strongest time for roa) you would have around 500 bonus hp from heartsteel’s passive, and heartsteel has better base stats. Your damage isn’t even significantly impacted, since heartsteel’s passive does so much damage, and heartsteel will keep stacking. And later in the game, you benefit more from fully stacking hp through items like sunfire aegis, thornmail, and heartsteel’s passive, while the ap you get from roa is not as useful.

I must say props to you for finding a way to enjoy the game even with bad matchmaking (which affects all of us) because there are people with bigger platforms that command even more weekly hours of human time that just cry and flame the entire game. Sadly it works out because we live in times where you get paid being a grown man acting like a child on camera. This doesn’t even happen only in league community but at least here we can all learn something from the match whether a win or not.

Same here, trash teams in master with 69 times inting adc top. Winrate until phase 2 was 70%, now 55%. As mid main i started playing jg because of the higher carry potential, riot makes me crazy xd

I feel like he's really good for diving team or assassin which is most of the champions that gets pick in the enemy team. This is awesooomee, my Build swain are : Ice rune, Font of Life second wiind and overgrowth and the other one IS Triumph , i don't pick riftmaker i go full tankines : Heartsteel and then thormail and sunfire or crown depend if enemy have high HP tanks, and rest item depend of enemy team, force nature or maybe abyssal mask

Did you test using Mantle of the twelfth ? It gives 200+50% max health when below 35% hp. I rush it when playing Dr Mundo and the game is too hard (>=2 trolls). Using this item with Mundo makes me done a lot of damage with sunfire, Mundo skills also based on hp and his ult just completely heal him. 😊

I would use the item on mundo, but there’s really nowhere to slot it in. Early game you basically have to go heartsteel+hydra, then sunfire/twinguard/thornmail or force of nature in any order. Not having any of these items just hurts your damage and tankiness too much. I only use it as situational last item, how does rushing mantle+sunfire work better than heartsteel+hydra?

@@georgezhang1573 in the beginning, Mundo doesn’t has too much hp to do damage with heartsteel and hydra. I do sunfire,heartsteel,hydra,twinguard,mantle. When the game is too hard, I do mantle as third item. With mantle, it improves the tankness with it’s active while improving damage as Mundo gives damage with max hp, also his ult scale with hp. Mantle not only has good synergy with Mundo skills but also with hydra and sunfire.
