What’s even the point of playing Seraphine with such a build? It doesn’t let her shine. Glacial sits on her like a saddle on a cow. I guess the only reason top 1 is building her this way is bc they want to keep rank 1 position, while everyone can counter Seraphine support in high ranks, so they want to simply survive. But this build is suboptimal, and for a standard soloq player it’s better to not play her as a Support since Master at all; while below Master, simply build her as a carry supp like Lux.

I agree but it's another playstyle that's it. Equaly viable as full ap Seraphine (which is very good with First strike btw). But this build is also good and has amazing cc with Relays and Glacial also scales with hp so it's fine.
