Problem with Shen is you cant practice playubg Shen. You literally can only practise in game.

I agree full tank build cuz damage Shen is a bit ,thats why you should be tanky for more damage and follow up team

Finally! I started playing Shen after watching your release video on him. I now have 600 matches and play him constantly. I haven’t even started watching your video but am very excited to! On the build, I often go DS but agree it is not required. I will sometimes go Iceborn into full AD because of armor scaling with it and thornmail. Edit: I tend to use second wind into poke.

Yo you spoke over the most insane part of this video and probably the most important moment of this match... while you were talking about the great reception for your content... you were 1v3 in the mid lane... you proc'd your shield against the low hp enemy that ran under turret which allowed you to survive the 2 enemies that flanked you and both went all in .. then because of your taunt and proccing the shield again it gave you time to turn around and stomp them with your ally... this was a massive turning point in the match, and the mechanics fully highlighted everything you were saying about shen, why the build, the pkaystyle and how important it is to hit your skills... could of easily lost this fight, and then lost the match allowing yi to push the mid turret. But not only did you defend it correctly and push them back, you flipped the balance in your favour and pushed their mid lane instead... 3v1 noone can flame you for dieing... but 3v1 that ended in a loss for every lane, they should all be flamed for thinking they can eff with you xD

It's crazy how insanely good Shen is. Wouldn't say he's OP, but he's got so much potential, I find he's better played with friends however, from level 5 you have to play around his ult so much during the game and it's harder to do that with people who don't understand him

Someone did this in me but i was using thresh top. Meaning my basic attack range is large than them paired with the third skill which increases your next basic attack damage by smth %.

The sword doesn’t stay at base if you go to lane without pressing 1st ability. It has a range where it will follow you. No need to press 1st ability.

Asol hard not because he has some combos and crazy mechanics. He's hard because you always need to pay attention on his positioning. This often requires experience on champ, knowledge how to deal with every champion in asol's style. In process you learn limits as well, so after 100 games you start destroying everyone (almost)

This applies for every champion actually. The more matches you play,you gain more experience and knowledge and you will know what to do in certain situations.

Asol is good against non mobile champions. Against mobile champions he sucks

@@debsaye3360 You mean dashes and blinks probably, because against speed relay works beautifully. Thats really depends on what champion you against. Yes Asol doesn't have big range, poke or great burst damage, but he have constant damage, cc and tankines, because he is the only one battle mage in wild rift for some reason (idk why riot don't add more like Swain or Azir). So, his playstyle very different compare to over champions and designed for teamfights, not duels. One dash not a problem. Two and more plus slow - yeah thats painful, but every champion has counterpicks)

If you want to deal real damage with Shen, Sunderrer is the item to go for along with sunfire aegis.... Also, the sustain is insane. I played with Iceborn gauntlet it doesn' t do too much damage, but the slow is so usefull since Shen is super slow apart from his dash. Iceborn Gauntlet is good if you play jungle Shen with Aftershock. Mana part doesnt even matter, since Iceborn gives too much value even without bonus mana...

Idk if anyone else is saying it but you can cast your W on your teammates from range without having to go to them. The W casts on yourself by default but you can use it on teammates like a shield.

I main shen and its true many new wr players dont respect the damage of shen all they know is that hes only a tank. Most players dont know how shens 1st ability works so they just trade with an empowered 1st ability especially when the Q passes through them

Man i just discovered few weeks ago a LoL Shen main ''xPetu'', this guy is super, he shows the strenghts and how lane against any champ, also how to carry games with Shen, super usefull, and i dont even use Shen. Althou it isnt applicable 100% to Wild Rift since is a faster pace game and also the difference of items and runes, still as i said, super useful.
