Btw you don’t have to start with S2 at all. You can get Sickle, start with S1, win the fight over the bush with a control ward and poke to your heart’s content until you get the sweet 900 coins for the Tear. 1 double poke with S1 = 65 coins. Costs way less mana too.

Sickle stats are horrendous bad. No CDR, no HP, just a tiny AP buff lower than minions auto attack not worth

Always thought Manaflow band is a must for early to mid to able to use abilities, l learnt that by playing Soraka with and without, and by not recalling until l get Harmonic Echo first item.Silly stuff l do Placing a ward at 21:05 in the middle(at that screen moment) would really help pinpoint who is going where right? Difficult to place there without support from others.

Thanks for the vid sir Broken! I'm a Sona main and i was so lost and sad when they removed the old empowered attack passive on her and I stopped playing her. I got so used to the old Sona honestly, this new one is too easy for me lol. I guess i got used to back then when it depends on which cord i used on an enemy it and depends on how i give buff,heal, and speed on my teammates. Back then it really depends on my decisions, actions, and how i support the team if we will win or not, that's how i got used to playing her. But with this new vid and guide i might play her again because of you, that's why thanks a lot sir 🙌🏽🥳. Tho i still wish they would bring back her old empowered basic attack effects passive, because that's what made Sona unique and different from other champions, with the new stun passive, it feel like im just playing any other cc champion 😢. I LIKE THE NEW ULT THO LMAOXDXD many players said she's a brainded and easy-to-play champion now for the "baby players" because of the stun stun and more stun and i agree with them, after all the ult is the only op thing about her now, while the other basic skill are kinda 💩 SO YEAH, THANKS AGAIN SIR BROKEN! So excited to see this. I didn't go the green tree because they nerfed the shield and heal... went full damage instead. The rune for item cool down reduction is great for harmonic and luden. I run that with phase rush for even more cdr. Definitely will try this tough

People are so quick to judge that her new passive is not as good as her old passive but when realistically the stun on her new passive does all of the previous effects but more reliably, old W with the exhaust? Stun literally denies them from doing damage altogether, old E with the slow? Stun literally stops them from moving. Also love her new ult, so much more better than the old one.

I have been waiting for you to post sona video since her reworked was live lol. Thanks broken, very nice gameplays! I will give glacial augment a try. I have been loving fleet footwork so far but recently i just switched back to aery because its easier to get S and A ratings (the amount of shield is insane). I still like fleet the most tho. Btw the damage reduction from glacial is too abysmal compared to her old green passive. In the late game, she used to be able to reduce more than 50% of damage... I used to render yi, olaf, katarina and the likes useless. Now imagine you stun a mundo and olaf🤡 I never opt for mejais unless i play vlad. With sona its just too risky for me :( i agree with everything you say about tear. As soon as i get 900 gold i recall to grab it. I go for staff of flowing waters first tho. The passive and the stats are too good. Btw will you believe me that I dropped from top 100 sona to the 180th in a matter of 3 days since her rework. Its crazy. Time to grind for her score now but i doubt i'll win because every time i pick her my team is just -_- update: got better than 100% in ranked using harmonic and mejais lol

I would like to share my thoughts regarding her rework: Her passive: i hate it. I really do. Imagine stunning champs that are immune to cc. The stuns annoying, ye, but i still PREFER her old green passive. Now shes like TF or a cc bot. Its very useful during laning phase tho. Her R: i quite like it, tho i think its too slow. All i need is for her ult to be like on pc. Longer range, longer duration and immediate. Maybe im just not comfortable with it but i can adjust with time. Her Q: more damage and ap scaling ratio, which is good. But it costs more mana so you cant spam that much often in lane. Thats why we go for coin and tear. Her W: I HATE THE NERF. i cant stand it at all. Her new cooldown reduction passive: the old version of sona will have 30% basic abilities' cdr at level 13. Now you will have to wait until level 15 lol. But early to mid game its better tho.

Proud user of glacial augment even before the rework :D Just some random tips for others: I would still go for the cd reduction rune. You can build quick mana boots or the tear. Just remember when you start the game to use yProud user of glacial augment even before the rework :D I would still go for the cd reduction rune. If you can build mana boots or the tear, go for the boots, since boots will allow you to stay in lane longer than tear will in early game with mana regen. Tear can be your 1st item if you have exactly 900 when you go back for the first time. Just remember when you start the game to use your first skill at the fountain to get 1/3 stack for the stun, use it 2nd time when you are already in lane and facing enemy heroes, since it takes so much mana, don't want to waste it. our first skill at the fountain to get 1/3 stack for the stun.

Colosus is sweet in early trading, it gives more numbers. You can easy eqw+stun with huge shield on you. Great vs lane that cant heal.

Soo its not only my sona donr heal that much woth 30 book of books, i feel like in value rushing echo+seraph is core, and better to follow it with staff/frozen heart/rabbadon/lich or whatever we need. I dont see too much "power spike " with book of books compared to more cdr and other effects.

Mixed feelings with Sona. Overall it's a huge buff for Sona. The only thing you lose is your passive options. Sadly, with this current Sona I'm not sure if she's even viable mid lane any more :( (Again, passive options gone) Oh, Broken, I normally don't recommend support items (i get your reasoning), but I would recommend Ardens and Flowing Waters (depending on team comp), especially Flowing waters with that Archangels build you're doing. If you're going to be permaspamming abilities you may as well give the team perma stats during the team fights Just saying. 3 sec cooldown on an item that requires you to heal every 4 secs? Ill take it. (Too bad most enchanters can't do that)

Funny things with matchmaking both this season and 10. Till diamond 1 it’s bad but acceptable. But after reaching 5-6 marks at diamond 1, I started receive total bots in all games and fast demoting to emerald 😂

They turned her into a better version of Janna😂, Janna is so useless after the nerfs, I wish they would just revert the rework. I was developing a Sona build because of the rework, I really like this full cdr Sona, which gives me perma speed boost and 3 sec heals, and the ult becomes 36s. Coin-Seraph-lucidity-revival(should prob go after harmonic is complete, not sure)-harmonic-flowing water. Standard aery, font of life, bone plating and revitalize, but I run transcendence for more cdr. In terms of mana, I hope they give me blue buff, or I just recall for mana. The speed boost helps me get to lane faster anyway. I was also curious about glacial augment, but I felt it was a bit redundant with her ult also slowing, but I haven’t actually tried it.
