If you compare the value of Gluttonous plus Legend Alacrity to Berserker's plus Bloodline stat-wise you still get more value out of Gluttonous. I only get Berserker's Greaves and Alacrity combo on Yone, Yasuo, Vayne and Tristana atm, and few other specific, exotic builds.
