Why isn't this a route? Why not bolt the rest and make it an sports route? I genuinely ask because looks to me like the climbing could continue

It is bolted and the stand start climbed as a route is an 8c+ called the wild west. I debated climbing this version as a route too but the top adds nothing so boulder made more sense to me
