I think Joe Draves did a really good job. In the last few years, many enthusiasts have discussed the fact that all the RMC Hybrid Coasters feel "the same". Joe Draves somehow brought a whole new "feel" to the layout with ArieForce One and Wildcat Revenge. It's just somehow different, even if it's hard to explain. BTW I think Joe Draves likes zero-g rolls. XD

This is my home park. Rode it last October for the first time. Then twice this past weekend back to back. Darn near passed out on it the 2nd time and then got off feeling a little green lol. Tried to be brave and had my hands up and was enjoying it until after the 2nd inversion and it all went downhill. I think I was more relaxed and felt ALL the forces. It was then I truly understood how intense this coaster is. Major props to the people who marathon these coasters. I don’t know how you guys do it. I’m so envious! I love coasters but my body doesn’t.

I was waiting for you get there! Hersheypark is my homepark. I'm still in shock we finally got an RMC! It's a great ride hands down! POVS don't do it justice that's for sure, it's a pretty aggressive RMC to say the least.

i've been on 3 RMCs: SteVe, Goliath at my homepark SFGAM, and Wildcat's Revenge. This was by far the best one imho.

Just rode it for the first time today and got 3 rides on it. Wow, this ride is insane. The end has VIOLENT air time and there are some excellent headchoppers. It really feels relentless the entire ride so I'd say the Revenge name is absolutely appropriate. This was only my second RMC coaster and first Ibox track model as the only other RMC I've ridden is Jersey Devil Coaster which is a single rail. I will fully own up and say that I've kind of hated on RMC for many years because I am a die hard wooden coaster fan. I don't consider RMC's topper track wooden coasters because they're not the same thing. I think parks have brought in RMC to convert wooden coasters that had potential as they were and it makes me sad to see the list of them shrinking as time goes on. Nothing rides like a traditional wooden coaster. They have a feel to them that is unmatched by any other coaster type thanks to their dynamic ride experiece. I tried so hard to be optimistic about Wildcat staying in it's original form and getting a refurbishment and maybe some layout tweeks from GCI to breath new life into it again. I had the pleasure of riding it in it's original form with the PTC trains and it was a much better coaster back then. It was rough but it ran noticeably faster than it ever did with the MF trains. I can remember people talking about Wildcat getting RMC treatment about 10 years ago. The years kept going by and the park did nothing with it so i kept holding my breath. I didn't think it deserved the hate it got from people. It wasnt a bad ride, there were far worse wooden coasters and steel coasters built over the years. However, it was a shell of its former self. I really thought it had potential as a wooden coaster and I was saddened to hear that 2022 would be it's last season. I knew deep down what was coming. Hersheypark clearly wanted something new but the name was a piece of their history so they kept it. I will miss the original Wildcat and part of me wonders what could have been if GCI had been put in charge of the project. I'd love to see them revamp Lightning Racer as it is definitely time for that. To RMC, great job on Wildcat's Revenge. It took a wooden coaster enthusiast's breath away and it was so nice to see that section of the park filled with adrenaline and excitement again after so many years. Do not skip out on this ride! Stormrunner is still my favorite in the park, but I think this is a close second.

@@cccEngineer I absolutely want Lightning Racer to remain as is. I was just saying a GCI retrack would do it wonders. The Lightning track has run noticeably slower for many years now and I don't understand why. I don't find one to be rougher than the other, but they are bumpier in different parts from one another. I'd love for GCI to get the two tracks racing neck and neck again like when it was new.
