In india , we've a type of berry here many calls it kolhysr or kalchaka etc. Idk what it is called in English , anyway it is intially hard but when u rub it continuously it becomes a soft and juicy ,it tastes sweet . Honestly this is not kulfi its just frozen milk with some mango in it. Kulfi is made by boiling and reducing the milk in half and then adding our choice of flavours
