I love your humour with each other. Reminds me of what I have with my wife. Thank you Andrew and Gwyn.

The ‘Ultimate Overlander’ now that was one to forget. At least it prompted the current generation of light weight vehicles. A fantastic travel video.
@overlandworkshop4 күн бұрын
this rig was no heavier than a well known local KZbinr's 79-Series with just a canopy topper on the back! The question must be: Is it heavy, or just look heavy?

@ the hiace is going to be a WAY better vehicle for the ‘comfort’ over landing.

It was nice to see this trip again. I can very well understand avoiding campsites, we do too. Some of the behavior has become really unbearable.

Thankyou for not planning, yet still not forgetting to turn on the mic; and take off the lens cover !! Loved the intermarriage of African and Australian continent cooking methodology. You two are Precious. 🥰😇😇

I love your adventure stuff. Interesting how Australia coped that year.

Western Australia was far less affected than most of Aus. We could still go to work and travel.

Was a great video way back when but why have I been asked to move to another channel (dropped the other) to watch your fantastic videos expecting a follow up to the boys going away together soon and find something that's years old? I am confused, which channel, I love your stuff but not sure where I should be watching your new stuff...I've watched everything else on your old channel cause I seriously love your stuff, well certainly the last 4 or 5 years.

Brilliant camping in remote places. PSI v Bar? How do you measure/describe your wheel size? I’m guessing inches.

Lovely Ep and area and setup 4wd . Correct me if I am wrong, I thought it was Illegal to free camp in WA unless in designated free campsites, I loved the Kimberley the fishing is great, the inland is for people who do not fish well Haha,
@overlandworkshop5 күн бұрын
Wild camping is a commonplace thing in all of Australia. Can't imagine where you might have heard that its illegal. More misinformation on KZbin no doubt.
@craigtomkinson28375 күн бұрын
@@overlandworkshop You Google it. Its only in WA the rest of the States its fine, The WA Government Website saying its Illegal to free camp in WA and only allowed in 1000 Designated free camp WA wide,
@craigtomkinson28375 күн бұрын
@@overlandworkshop I googled it To find out as we free camp a lot, As I did not want to get a fine when we visit WA, And it said No free camping in WA,, only free camping is in the 1000 designated free camp spots. Across WA, $1000 fine. The other states are fine to free camp in. Ive done it in QLD NSW, Vic, NT, SA for over 40 years

Magnetic/iron stones. Possibly debris from a meteorite?
@overlandworkshop3 күн бұрын
No. This part of Western Australia is one huge slab of iron ore.

I am very confused, you are talking about Covid-19 issues, is this old footage or is Australia still have lots of Covid rules in place that limits people ability to travel where they want, it is 2024.

Depends on one's thing. . . If you want big animals, go to Africa. If you want remote and beaches, go to Australia. If you want to wild camp, again, Australia.
