Is archery any good as a main weapon? I know when I started I tried the bow out and it was so bad. I tried the bone bow after that and it was not any better so I stopped using them.

i find bigger bows pretty useful for clearing camps, pretty much 1 or 2-shotting each enemy (even bosses) with bronze bow and bronze arrows in first biome so i'd say it's pretty good for support

The Great Bow is good for a main weapon but draw speed can be an issue against enemies.

Have o use good arrows wood and stone arrows do no damage but bronze and higher you can start seeing high numbers especially with great bow.

thank you for your videos they helped me a lot! i havent been in that dungeon yet but maybe if you take the right door @11:23 it would be even faster, i noticed that in all dungeons ive been so far the direct way to the boss is always the door/way with only 1 burning torch in front of it

That’s the mask I’m showing in the video so just follow the guide to get it. The difference in the appearance is that I am in mimicry mode during that section of the video.

when leveling weapon skills is it just based on how much damage you do, or does hitting higher level enemies give more exp you get the skill ups even when the target is still alive so its not based on kill

Enjoying the content, keep it up. Also, you don't need to go into the water, there is a path that takes you around. Another thing is you can bring a mount it's just hard to keep it alive, there are spots that don't do poison damage in the dungeon. But you can keep it alive with the healing items (don't remember name, it's in your slot 1) or if you have the bandage perk you can bandage them. Tedious, but possible non the less.

C to start mimicry mode, requires yellow crystals, V to enter active mimicry mode.

The English translation in this game is horrible. Its like they didn't even bother. The game seriously lacks information, for example we have no clue what the difference between a bone and an iron arrow is. Some of the skills or mask nodes are explained so badly, one has to guess wtf is going on.
