Moral of the story: trying to escape from a courthouse is a very bonehead move. Notice how most of these people are lucky to even make it past two days. People don’t realize that going on the run means no going back home, no hiding with friends/family, no going back to places you frequent. If you see court staff bailiffs stop a chase when the person leaves the property, it's because they aren't allowed to chase past property lines. It's for the safety of the officers and the public. The normal police force will be called and set up a perimeter to try and find the person.
