This part had me grinning the whole time. Control does have something similar but this really is its own unique experience. It's honestly insane they put a playable musical section in a horror game and it's actually good and doesn't ruin the mood but adds to it. Remedy are wizards I swear

I appreciate Remedy and Sam Lake bringing Poets of the Fall finally into their Alan Wake franchise as the in game band "Old Gods of Asgard". This is the band who have been with Remedy since Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Alan Wake and Control (as far as i remember. Late Goodbye (Max Payne2), War and Children of Elder God (Alan Wake), Take Control (Control). Also fun fact, the singer of Poets of the Fall was also the face of Vladimir Lem in Max Payne. Poets of the Fall is one of my all time favourite bands!

The “We Sing” section is fantastic. One, because its just great in general, but second, you get to see which “lets play” people on the internet have a sense of direction. There are literal instructions on the floor, blinking arrows to guide you, and people still have the hardest time figuring out what to do. It’s kind of hilarious.

When I say the LAST thing I was expecting from this game was a full, choreographed musical number haha. I have to say, this so far has to be the most unique, entertaining, and different type of game that we’ve seen in a LONG time. And I’m loving every second of it. I’m very happy to hear that you will continue with this game, even if the views may not be there. It’s hard to compare, after just playing something huge like Spider-Man, but this is an excellent game that you can tell has had a lot of work put into it, and im happy to watch you play it Brad! I think the Mr. Door was supposed to be played by Lance Reddick because he played another character in Quantum Break and as we all know Jack Joyce from Quantum Break was played by the actor playing the sheriff who disappeared at the beginning of the game. He also had kind of a mind place of his own in this game when Alan met him.

I swear Brad is sometimes primarily good at video games because he recognises and follows patterns he’s seen before. He almost never seems to pay attention to what’s happening in the game: Sign lights up and points left. Brad goes right, looks lost. Game plays audio that says to take the light to Caldera station, Brad wanders around wondering what to do and then figures this out independently.
