You see even after lndian lndependence bodo community is Split into new tribe by assamese bamuns . New community is known as sarania kachari. No step was taken by assam govt. Bodo became minority. 4 lakh 50000 bigahs were illegaly migrated by non-tribals . We would have been happy if it does not happen to us from assamese.

The truth is AGP govt discriminated Bodos ..Many bodos including Bodofa fought in Assam movement of 1983 ..but still after forming govt Prafulla and his ministers forgot the sacrifices ..now they are getting true right I guess ..Bodo is the second state language..even in Assam secretariat bodo language is used ..they are getting their due gradually..they don’t need separate state ..because Assam is already their own state

Their is no clash b/w bodo and Rajbhongsi, both the community haven't killed each other neither riot happen, it's like two sons fighting against each other for father's land, both want outsiders/immigrants out of their place.. both are demanding same land to protect the land from immigrants.. if Bodoland happens it's will benifit both community and vice versa for kamatapur, as both the community have huge population.... The problem will arise for immigrants community..

This Congress Govt. Just passed the BILL ASSAM ACCORD 1985 on paper but never this notorious govt. never exercised the articles of the accord against the illegal immigrants of Bangladesh. Instead of driving out the foreigners from Assam they invited and paved the way to Assam and till today the peoples of Assam are facing the problems from the illegal Bangladesh nationals. This Congress govt. had destroyed not only the security n politics of Assam but other states also.... So, as they sowed they reaped... And both indra gandhi Mother and Son rajiv Gandhi had to pay the compensation for the peoples who had been victimized by the dirty politics of Congress.

Wrong brother, infact a various dangerous way of looking at it. There is no singular "Axomiya" community, first. Because it is an umbrella term for all the native communities of Assam. I am a Koch-rajbongshi; Koches are indigenous, only Ahoms migrated since 1200. But Bodos, Kacharis, Koch, Rabha, Mishings have all been here since earlier (fact remains we too might have migrated at some point or the other from nearby mountains). But, Bodo rule have way more influence over the geography of Assam than any other rule. The rivers Dihing, Disang, Dikhou.. all starting with "Di", from the Bodo word! Again, even though Ahoms migrated much later- The ahoms alongside us have shaped Axomiya culture. We are all Koch, bodos, Mishings, Sonowals, bhuiyas, Kaibartas, Ahoms.. under one identity "Axomiya". This hatred amongst us must die, and we must unite for safeguarding our rights against the actual colonial forces.
