Amazing video!!! What was the trail like?? I'm looking for some trails for minimalist footwear to barefoot hiking for some mindfullness and meditation. The meadow sounds perfect!!

@LeilaRosette hey.......so, didn't see any reference for trail conditions lol. Sounds amazing, and I'm gonna have to check it out. Any other good trails for mindful/shoeless walking that you've been on?? Any tips would be great!! I normally go fully prepared, but if I now of more earthy trails, that's awesome. I believe it is the sheep river. I've hiked that river bank lots down south!!

@@mikebidgood1787 hmm its a very very easy trail. The trail is dirt for the most part not Rocky and very grassy so I guess it's very doable barefoot or in sandals even. I wouldn't go past the second hill where the flowers are. There's no trail after that and you're walking in tall grass and ant hills. I would def stick to trails in south Kananaskis if you're looking for similar distance / elevation. Dyson falls is another one that comes to mind, gorge Creek, missinglink, volcano ridge if you want a bit steeper with views of the foothills. 😊
