I was in Lahore last December, crossed the Attari-Wagah Border on foot. Lovely time in Lahore, Gujrawala, Faisalabad and Peshawar. Visiting Androon Lahore was similar to my Old Delhi ghettos: Gali Qasim Jan, Ballimaran, Chitli Qabar, Suiwalan, Multani Dhanda, Nabi Karim, Pul Bangash, Urdu Bazar, Daryaganj, Paharganj, Mori Gate, Kashmiri Gate......you name it. Born and raised in Old Delhi, Lahore was no different than my own Old Delhi. Very nice people and great food. Loved it all..🇮🇳 If things get better in Pakistan, my next visit will be to KHI via Lahore where I made lots of friends. ❤🇮🇳 🇨🇦

Abrar bhai, misal pav is one of the famous street food/staple food of Maharashtra. It is consist of mishal and pav. Mishal curry is made with mooth beans (legume beans) and then it is topped with farsan or sev, onions, lemon and coriander. Depends on region of Maharashtra, it can be mild, spicy or super spicy. Eating regional food is a good way to know any country. Glade that you are exploring varieties of food. The ride from Kohalpur to Bombay was so nice and clean. I'd been to Mumbai, Bandra area where I was staying and found many small restaurants that have small tablesand umbrellas to cater to their customers , I hope the Italian menu will be served at present time as well. One more thing about Mumbai is their smooth roads and wider lengths than other cities, maybe due to its ever increasing Mumbai walas😅. India is a mix of cultures and religions...everyone is welcome in India, even Pakistanis irrespective of religion!! Secularism and tolerance towards all religions, even non-believers and atheists are some core concepts of Hindu culture !! However the speeches of your imran Khan claiming Hindus being aryan racists and getting people's complete support , leaders like parvez Musharraf openly accepting terrorism on media and still getting support, leaders proudly claiming responsibility of pulwama attack in your parliament, even current continuous infiltration in kashmir , drone supplies of drugs and weapons in Punjab are the reasons why our govt is restricting the talks!! The culture of India (all religions included)doesn't teach to discriminate unlike the media and politicians portray in your country !! I doubt it will ever change🤔 as it's easy spread hatred than love, especially when blinded by misguidance 😕

Misal ( Mixture of two-three food items) is the most favorite breakfast served in Maharashtra...Pune, Nashik, Kolhapur are the best places to eat misal, usually it is made up of sprouts, Farsan( Indian Snack) , you can prefer yoghurt also to mix it, it tastes better after squeezing lemon juice into eat..
