At 19:11 I clearly wrote in text why I couldn't enter. I had a visa but border was closed and all visas issued before covid restrictions were cancelled so only if I have a special permission I could enter. Moreover I qas the only one there which gives pretty good idea border was closed.

Hats off to your patience, you did a U-Turn at the border came back all 350kms to secure your visa next morning. I recall, one missed exit on the Florida turnpike on I-95, on way to Miami, and that had caused us 100 miles of to-and-fro until we took the correct exit, and all of us driving pals nearly lost so much patience.
