I had a 14 hr layover in Qatar in 2019 … I got out and too the metro and went everywhere the metro went …. This is the best and cheapest metro in the world … the metro was so new that many airport workers did t know that the airport had a metro stop …. The cafes in the metro station are the cheapest … I got 2 samosas in 3 rials and a half liter water bottle in 1 rial … I got the metro day pass and walked around a lot … souk wakif … corniche… visited 2 malls … took a boat ride at the corniche … went to qatara in the evening ( loved it ) …. I was back in the airport within 10 hrs … all the tourist places are connected by metro that was the best …. I finished my day trip within 20 rials ( food and metro)

Abrar love your videos. You obviously forgot to remind the viewers that prices are a little over the top due to FIFA. Coffee in Katara can be easily purchased for around $3-5. Water about $1 but you sat at probably the most expensive place in Katara. Coffee at the Pearl as well is easily available for $3-5. By the way, there’s a metro and bus link from Katara tp The Pearl, use station Lequtaifiya.

Agar abhi bhi you are in Doha Try Tea Time 15 riyal may behtreen chai + Sandwich, Aik Acha desi khana 20 riyal... but Qatar is love

I have seen your Qatar Vlogs very late, what you missed in Souq Waqif was ancient Bismillah Hotel running from 1970, hotel still exists in your vlog, this area was our childhood playing area and hotel was our Ice cream point and paratha point, i was born in 1971 raised , study and worked there 35 years, old Qatar was totally different, there was big Pakistani community living like a home, we all friends move to different countries but we missed our days , until now we have a small business shop behind bank Street running by my elder brother, our golden era is ended, now our next generation is also serving Qatar 🇶🇦. Locals are best and helpful. Alhumdulliah 🎉
