The Bewick’s swans finally arrive and win a signed book!
The wait is over! The latest arriving Bewick’s swans since 1969 have arrived for winter at WWT Slimbridge.
Since the first family arrived on November 6 we have seen a few more new faces on the Rushy Lake. See some footage of this year’s first swans.
Meanwhile pintail, golden plover and lapwing flocks build offering some fantastic views.
