Not really. Karlous said himself that he don’t like to abide by rules and he had a mouth on the show and the higher ups didn’t care for him, but he blamed Nick at first because he thought since Nick hired him then no one else could fire him, but it wasn’t true. So actually Karlous got him own self fired, and he wouldn’t have came back on the show if it wasn’t for Nick help.
