You da Mans¡! ¡! Don't know for sure, but I think what you call a Barra is at least related to what they call a Snook in the US. Here in Mexico where I live the name is Robalo. Years ago i caught one in Manzanio Bay that weighed over15 kilos on live bait. I thought i had a shark or a ray the way it fought. Couldn't believe my eyes when it finally popped up after like 1/2 hour. What you do is an INSANE adventure that I get to share with you. So fortunate you have that resource. Thanks for the videos. Jack in Mex

Hi Guys, just a note with the use of the lip grips. You should put your hand/wrist thru the 'laynard' on the grip, the issue being that if one of those fish flick themselves free and overboard with the grips on, other than losing the grips the fish is very unlikely to be able to be able to free themselves and will most likely die. Great video as usual cheers

Hey mate, well it could be our fishing skills 😂. Commercial fishing definitely plays a big part. They’re still there you just need to put in the time to get it all right, tides, bait, moon cycle and position etc. because we’re here to film the whole thing we can’t just concentrate on that or the show would be pretty boring most days.
