Feel like they should change how he aims his ult. Make it like heimer where he enters a state of whether or not he wants to actually use his ult or cancel but if he does then implement a similar mechanic of jhin ult where he can aim on the screen. It would be so cool to have another champ that could interact with the screen with their ult, since this version of aiming (his and viktor) is a bit clunky for him especially because of how impactful his ult is Edit: okay for more clarification. Pressing ult shifts the camera higher, can still move, press abilities, and generate heat normally. Generate a circle to indicate max cast range, have the option to aim ult via screen (jhin), if you want to cancel, press ult again (heimer). And if someone asks what if you touched the wrong starting point, there's usually an X you can drag your fingers to, to cancel.

It's updated. You hold the initial position for 1sec and it will stay, no need for the extra button like viktor. Viktor will also be updated.

@Riot, remove Manual Aim Time Limit, it's annoying that every time the targeting champion gets interrupted by changing its angles. The old aiming feature was more convenient than the current. This makes Viktor's death ray and Rumble's ult more difficult to land.
