ahahah Didn’t know that about Tommy... he was a very very capable player (in an interview of Ted Greene interviewing George Van Eps, both masters declared to be quite impressed by Tommy), and also seemed to be quite down to earth and loved to teach and encourage young players.

This was the worst "story" Ive ever heard. So someone bet Tommy he couldnt buy a car and guess what....he did it. Really? The telling of it was terrible too. I wanted to hear some crazy unique story but nope.
