That sound at 13:14.... what causes this noise on the 737-300/400/500 series aircraft? was wondering if it's a wheel whine or something. Any ideas?

You can go just go to Cuban Travel Agency (Cubamax , Vacuba and many more) They get you a ticket and a reason would be religios 0 many others ways . I know many american tha travel to Cuba and the easiest way is travel to Cancun o Nassau and get a ticket there with Cubana de Aviacion and They don't stamp your passport and you never have been in Cuba .............,
