Tax slabs under GST should be categorised 1. **Essential Needs** 2. **General Needs** 3. **Luxury Essentials** 4. **Ultra-Luxury Lifestyle** 5. **Super Ultra-Luxury Exclusives** Instead of 0% 5% 12% 18% 28%. As per the product and its requirement to poor and middle class. it will be easier to understand what should be the category and what amount of tax should be charged on it. We can add on cess on things like liquor. Which is a major source of revenue generation and not a part of basic needs

The definition for each category is vague. Same thing can be luxury for one section of people and essential for another section. Plus based on location too definitions vary. A/C is luxury in Bangalore but Essential in Delhi.

For example , high end cars with over 10 lakh can be considered as luxury and below that can be considered as a general need. Similarly, housing flats over the median of trending prices can be considered as luxury and below that as a general need. Basically, based on prices, one sub categorisation can be done. Another example is health care. It is a need, but booking a luxury room in hospital and having high end services and special brand medicines will be under luxury, whereas generic medicines, shared hospital wards can be put under general need.

Section 80G - Income Tax Benefits Towards Donations for Social Causes Section 80GGB - Company Donation to Political Parties Section 80GGC - Deduction on Donations By a Person to Political Parties These Tax deductions (Tax Avoidance) should be abolished from Indian Tax system. Instead of these things the Government should introduce some welfare schemes like National Education Fund, National Defence Fund, National Health Fund, National Infrastructure Fund etc. where contribution will be 50% tax exempted to the total contribution made.

Just like govt jobs have a salary threshold for a graduate person, in the same way govt should make/implement a rule/law to the private sector(high turnover companies). Bcz in the private sector, even if with high turnover, they tend to exploit the fresher employees. There have been so many 7-8-9th pay commision in govt jobs but nothing as such in high profit/high turnover companies. Rather they only talk about extending the work hours to 70-80-90 hours, which is clear exploitation.

PPP is the worst kind of way to run a department. It was only introduced for making black money. For example: the sweepers are getting salary on a daily basis and making 8000 per month whereas the middle man gets 30,000 per sweeper per month from the govt. From this he gives 10-15000 per sweeper per month to a minister or govt officer for keeping the contract. Now tell me who is getting benefitted.
